1. The Product. I had used an Amazon portable ice bath for about 9 months. Each night I would drop in 2 12lb ice blocks, refill my molds, then in the morning, take my plunge. It worked. I decided that since I stuck with the process and had intended to remain serious with it, I would buy something more permanent. Insert Cold Creek Tubs here. I am so happy that I found this tub. It is extremely well made and everything tucks away safely, including the pump, chiller, and ozone. I like that it is sturdy enough to sit on, well, my daughter sits on the end to distract me/splash me while I am doing my plunge. Also, I am 5’10 and weigh around 210lbs and I have PLENTY of room in here to fully submerge without any water spilling out.
2. Customer Service. Payton and Cayman delivered the tub to me, set it up, and made me feel comfortable enough with doing any maintenance necessary. They were easy to talk to, relate to, and genuinely care about the customer and their product. I had reached out to Payton maybe 2 months before buying one, I was excited to buy but I couldn’t at that moment. When I finally made my purchase, it was cool and added a personal touch for her to reach out and remember our conversation.
3. Ease of use. Fill it up, adjust the chiller to your preferred setting, and let it work its magic.

I bought a Cold Creek plunge a few months ago. I've been using it regularly and love it. Great product, well worth it. Most notable though is the customer service from Payton and team. I have only posted a few reviews ever, but their customer service is the best I have ever had in my life, hands down. You can't go wrong.
