    Super happy from delivery to setup to everyday use. The only complaint I have would be that the top has faded into a yellowish color only a month after purchase. Not sure why that is......basically the fading is underneath the lid area.

    Outstanding Customer Service

    I have been extremely impressed with the level of customer service throughout my time as customer and this review is long overdue.

    The tub itself has been wonderful. It is aesthetically pleasing, sturdy, functional and straightforward to use. I'm 6'3" and fit in the tub easily and comfortably.

    What has truly set Cold Creek Tubs apart since first receiving my tub in November 2025, has undoubtedly been their exceptional customer service and support. They are so fast at responding to emails or questions and do everything they can to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    Knowing that they are always there should anything not go as expected is reason enough to give them your business. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Keep up the great work!

    105 degree days and 48 degree tubs

    Living in Florida there’s not much you can do to beat the heat out here. Early morning runs are so humid you never stop sweating and later runs are so hot it’s miserable. But, the one thing I look forward to after each and every run is my ColdCreek tub plunge. This has become a staple in my recovery protocol and leads the way pot running days. I got this style specifically so I could keep it outdoors next to my suns and it has no issues at all keeping the water consistently cold even when the days reach 105 outside, my tub is always at the temp I set it to. Maintenance, there is none. I’ve cleaned my filter once in the 15 months I’ve owned it, all I have to do is add water every so often when I splash too much out. This thing was built for simplicity, and built to last. If I ever move houses it’s coming with me!

    Best Cold Plunge In The Game!

    My name is Hayden Ralph. I am an entrepreneur from the San Diego area, and I came across Cold Creek Tubs around two years ago and decided to buy one of their tubs. I've been super, super stoked on how well the tub works, as well as how it stays clean, its filtration system, and overall just the whole look, vibe, and utility of this product.

    If you're on the fence about it, I highly, highly recommend moving forward with one of these tubs. It's been an amazing experience, and I'll always buy from Cold Creek Tubs. They're the best.

    We had a fabric tub and decided to upgrade.

    Easy to clean, use and maintain! Definitely highly recommended. And no, not a paid actor 🤣

    Went with the moonshine as it sees sun got part of the day. GREAT recovery. Only critique I have is the seal on the lid isn’t perfect.

    Life changing

    My husband now cold plunges before bed every night and sleeps better than he ever has. He maintains that this tub has changed his life, improved swelling, energy level, etc. The customer service was absolutely amazing, Payton was so kind and patient. Also the setup was extremely easy and straightforward. We are huge fans of this product.

    Love our cold plunge

    We did a lot of research on all the different cold plunges. What really sold us was the customer service with cold creek! Payton was super responsive to all my questions. The plunge was easy to set up and delivery was a as described. We love that it’s a family owned business too
