I bought a Cold Creek plunge a few months ago. I've been using it regularly and love it. Great product, well worth it. Most notable though is the customer service from Payton and team. I have only posted a few reviews ever, but their customer service is the best I have ever had in my life, hands down. You can't go wrong.

Great value and incredibly easy set up & operation.

Love the tub! The top came warped so itdoesn’t keep all the debris out. It works OK but not perfect. I contacted them and they immediately responded and are going to ship me a new one.

Was researching and very undecided which cold plunge I was going to purchase until I came across Cold Creek Tubs. Then it was a no-brainer. I was very impressed with the quality of the tub when I received it and shipping was crazy fast. Their customer service has got to be the best out there. And made in the USA! I looked at numerous cold plunges before making the decisions to go with a cold creek tub. The quality of the tub is second to none, and the craftsmanship is inline with tubs that cost thousands more.

I also liked the fact the tub was produced in the US by a family run business. Cayman and Payton were prompt, professional and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns.

I have now had the tub for 3 months and it has performed flawlessly. I’m very happy with my decision., and I would highly recommend Cold Creek to anyone in the market looking for a cold plunge.
