I cold plunge in the ocean a lot, but it’s so nice to have an alternative where I don’t have to manage sand. I’m 5’6 and I really appreciate how easy it is to get in and out of it between sauna sessions, and that I can control how deep my body is by pushing my feet against the far wall. It looks nice too.
