I purchased late November and took my first plunge in my Cold Creek tub on December 2nd. My wife and I did a lot of research and compared other tubs that have been on the market for years. I'm glad we chose Cold Creek for two main reasons. First was the customer service we received multiple times during phone conversations before the purchase and during Initial set up. Second was the price point. We have now used our tub daily and could not be happier. The ease of installation and maintenance thus far is amazing. The overall quality has far exceeded our expectations as well. I am 5'10" and 190lbs and have plenty of room when submerged in the tub. I don't feel confined to one position like most other cold tubs I have tried in the past. The sea deck finish is awesome for when getting out you don’t slip and is comfortable to rest arms on and some additional traction when getting out of tub. I would highly recommend cold creek to anyone looking purchase a cold plunge.

The Cold Creek tub couldn’t be easier to set up and use. Such a simple, efficient design. Only takes about 10 minutes to setup, and you can plunge within the hour. The size is ideal for any situation. And the tub size is perfect to support yourself in any level of submergence. And you cannot beat the value. And I could not speak highly enough of the customer service. Wonderful company. Highly recommend.

It took me less than an hour after watching Maus's review to reach out to cold creek and place my order. It had everything I wanted for my new home in Florida. It looks amazing and not like a oversize recycling bin. Includes a huge filter and ozone to keep the water sparkling clean. And the chiller gets the water cold quickly. All of my interactions with them have been so incredibly positive and they will go out of their way to reach out and make sure you're happy. I'm still new at plunging but damn am I impressed with how it makes me feel.

Amazing cold plunge! After doing a lot of research and considering DIY, I’m so glad I purchased a Cold Creek Tub! Solid build, sleek design, extremely comfortable, and easy to set up and use. Basically maintenance free. 1/2 HP chiller, beast of a filter, ozone, and insulated top to bottom including the internal plumbing. Clean, reliable, cold water therapy every day. My family loves it too, including my 7 and 10yo kiddos jumping in with me. It’s roomy!

Ordered my tub on Tuesday afternoon (two days ago). On Wednesday, Payton and Cayman (the owners) asked if they could personally drive the tub down to San Diego (about an hour and a half from their location) and install/setup the tub for me. Thursday morning (today) they came and did it. That is freaking cool, and the epitome of people that care about their business and product. Not to mention it looks great and high quality in person. If that's the kind of care they take in making an initial impression with their product, then I know I'm going to be a happy customer.

This cold tub is the absolute best! Have tried many and none are better. It has operated perfectly from day 1, for 9 months, with little to no upkeep. The temp holds precisely, water is super clean, it looks great in our garage and is super easy to use. Our entire family uses it, from Dad's wake up routine to kids post workouts. Could not recommend this particular cold tub and company more for an active family!
