Shipping & Setup

Shipping is simple with FedEx Ground delivering straight to your door, and the 82 lb tub is easy to move into place. Flat-rate shipping is $250 for Full Setups and $150 for Tub-Only.


Full Setup installs in under 15 minutes—just set up the chiller unit, attach the hoses, fill with water, and set your temperature.

Tub-Only requires no installation; simply fill with water and add your Cold Creek Ice Molds.

    I never write reviews but this company and product deserves it. I’ve been researching cold plunges for months to purchase for my husband for Christmas. The vertical tub fit our space perfectly, was reasonably priced, and WAY better quality than the blow up plunge options out there. What really sold me on this was the company! I reached out to see how quickly the tub would arrive and one of the founders, Payton, herself called me that day to help. She also followed up to make sure we set it up properly. Setup is a no brainer but they do have a step by step instruction link to follow. The Chiller is discrete under the steps, works fast, is really quiet and gets down under 40 degrees no problem. BUY IT!

    Five Stars and Absolutely Dialed In

    I’ve been in the market for a cold tub for a while, but the standard horizontal units were always too big for the spot I wanted to use. The Vertical Cold Tub solved that immediately. I’ve had it for less than 24 hours and have already used it twice. The footprint is compact and fits perfectly in our side yard right next to the Jacuzzi, which makes contrast therapy effortless. The design is clean and great to look at and the functionality is even better. The chiller is tucked neatly under the cleverly designed stairs, completely hidden yet easy to access, and the top locks securely with a childproof latch that gives my wife and I a real peace of mind. I’m keeping mine at a chilly 40 degrees and it holds temp flawlessly. Could not be more stoked with this purchase and highly recommend it!!!
