I love your guys story and being family owned. Everyone raves about your customer service. Your availability was great (I had zero issues but still reached out a few times to make sure all was good). I love the design. I didn’t want a typical lay down style nor a tall barrel style, this is perfect in-between. Only complaint is the lid. The intention of it is great but doesn’t seal well. Has quite a bit of movement between the tub and lip of lid. I can see the water where the hand hold is at. I keep covered with towel but still get gnats in the water (I live in country). Overall I recommend and would buy again. Hopefully lid can be improved though! Thank you so much

Extremely happy with the customer service and product quality speaks for itself. I had questions prior to purchasing the tub and had an almost immediate response by the team. They were able to answer my questions and find me a solution much faster than other cold tub companies I’ve come across. From my initial questions to the delivery, customer service team was incredible. Install was super easy as well. 10/10 recommend

Great machine - love it

The Cold Creek Tub has become part of our family’s morning ritual. I am a 55 year old husband and father of two athletic boys 14 and 12. All of us use the plunge several times a week and it’s not an understatement to say it has changed my life and the recovery time from workouts.
