Your Cold Creek Tub ships vertically on a pallet via FedEx Freight with premium delivery service. We charge a flat $250 shipping fee to help offset some of the cost. FedEx will deliver the tub to the room of your choice. From there, setup is quick and easy.

- 5-Year Warranty — Full coverage on all components, excluding the chiller (normal wear and tear applies).
- 2-Year Chiller Warranty — The chiller is covered for 2 years under residential use. For commercial use, coverage lasts 1 year.
- Out-of-Warranty? We’ve Got You Covered — If your chiller fails outside of the warranty coverage, no stress — we've got your back. We offer replacement chillers at a discounted rate to keep you up and running without the hassle.

I haven't interacted with another company that has as good of customer service as cold creek tubs. I researched which cold plunge I wanted for quite a while. Nothing competes with them. I keep my plunge in the garage. It is quiet and looks good. I live rural and don't get premium delivery. However, they reached out to Fedex to ask them to still help with the unload and setup. They immediately reached out when I received it for help with setup as well. I used the cold plunge for 3 months before writing this review. The water has stayed clear with the ozone. I recently had a tiny leak through a gasket in the tub. A puddle would very slowly form after a day or so. I reached out to them. I got a text back within an hour, I was on a FaceTime call with an engineer within a day, and when the engineer decided it would be too much for me to fix they had another tub in the mail the next day and arranged pickup of the other tub. From the time I reached out to the new tub being at my house was 6 days. It is obvious they take pride in their product and value their customers. Can't recommend them enough.

It’s a nice looking tub with a compact footprint. It is easy to sit and lay back, and it keeps the water temperature within a degree or so. I like everything about it, although I did have some water that was cloudy after three weeks of use. Cold Creek was very helpful to help me reset the ozone time for to help sanitize the water, which I’m hoping well solve that issue. Also, it runs very quiet.

We recently purchased our Cold Creek Tub for our Wellness Center, and it has been absolutely amazing! The customer service, especially from Payton, was exceptional-she answered every question I had with clarity and care. She sent emails and texts to follow-up. After comparing many other tubs, this one truly exceeded all of my expectations. The sleek clean lines look stunning in my sauna room. And, one of my favorite features is the built-in ozone purifications system, which means I don’t need chemicals. The water is crystal clear. Our customers love the ease of getting in and out of the tub and how effortless it feels to immerse their bodies. Highly recommend Cold Creek Tubs!

Cold Creek is the best! I've purchased the cover, tub, and filter packaging. Payton is the best customer support rep I've ever worked with. She called me within 5 minutes of my inquiry online and has been extremely responsive for the 2 months I've had the tub. I've used it every single morning, and it stays at 39 all day long. No problems, crystal clear water, and extremely cold. Cannot reccomend this company enough. Review says it all, I'll never use another cold tub!
