Your Cold Creek Tub ships vertically on a pallet via FedEx Freight with premium delivery service. We charge a flat $250 shipping fee to help offset some of the cost. FedEx will deliver the tub to the room of your choice. From there, setup is quick and easy.

- 5-Year Warranty — Full coverage on all components, excluding the chiller (normal wear and tear applies).
- 2-Year Chiller Warranty — The chiller is covered for 2 years under residential use. For commercial use, coverage lasts 1 year.
- Out-of-Warranty? We’ve Got You Covered — If your chiller fails outside of the warranty coverage, no stress — we've got your back. We offer replacement chillers at a discounted rate to keep you up and running without the hassle.

Living in Florida there’s not much you can do to beat the heat out here. Early morning runs are so humid you never stop sweating and later runs are so hot it’s miserable. But, the one thing I look forward to after each and every run is my ColdCreek tub plunge. This has become a staple in my recovery protocol and leads the way pot running days. I got this style specifically so I could keep it outdoors next to my suns and it has no issues at all keeping the water consistently cold even when the days reach 105 outside, my tub is always at the temp I set it to. Maintenance, there is none. I’ve cleaned my filter once in the 15 months I’ve owned it, all I have to do is add water every so often when I splash too much out. This thing was built for simplicity, and built to last. If I ever move houses it’s coming with me!

My name is Hayden Ralph. I am an entrepreneur from the San Diego area, and I came across Cold Creek Tubs around two years ago and decided to buy one of their tubs. I've been super, super stoked on how well the tub works, as well as how it stays clean, its filtration system, and overall just the whole look, vibe, and utility of this product.
If you're on the fence about it, I highly, highly recommend moving forward with one of these tubs. It's been an amazing experience, and I'll always buy from Cold Creek Tubs. They're the best.

Went with the moonshine as it sees sun got part of the day. GREAT recovery. Only critique I have is the seal on the lid isn’t perfect.

My husband now cold plunges before bed every night and sleeps better than he ever has. He maintains that this tub has changed his life, improved swelling, energy level, etc. The customer service was absolutely amazing, Payton was so kind and patient. We absolutely adore our cold tub from Cold Creek!
It has completely changed our health routine for the better. Our recovery time is better after work outs, it’s a natural and quick way to combat headaches, brain fog and fatigue. Payton with customer service was exceptional and we have loved how hands on she has been with the installation process and any questions we may have. I could not recommend Cold Creek enough!

Like many folks considering a cold plunge tub, I researched on the web. Here is why I purchased from CCreek.
The horizontal fits me at 5'11. The unit has both a filter that is cleanable and an ozone generator to keep the water clean. The controls are simple and seem pretty accurate. It is easy to enter and exit from one end of the tub over the chiller. The delivery and set up was very easy and the FedEx folks did exactly what I needed. The price was competitive for what you get and the responsiveness from the owners was first rate. I recommend that you "TAKE THE PLUNGE" with Cold Creek!

Our Cold Creek Tub has been incredible! I’ve tried a number of cold plunges, and I genuinely don’t think you’ll find another one that offers this level of quality and premium feel at this price point.
The tub itself has exceeded my expectations, but what really sets Cold Creek apart is the customer service. Payton and the entire team have been responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
If you’re considering investing in a cold plunge, I can’t recommend Cold Creek enough. It’s an outstanding product backed by an exceptional team!
