Please note: These are our minimum recommendations. In high-use commercial environments, you may need to perform certain tasks more frequently to maintain water quality and system performance.

Weekly: Test Water Chemistry

Keeping your water chemistry balanced is essential for user safety, water clarity, and extending the tub’s lifespan.

  • Test pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels using test strips
  • Adjust as needed using maintenance products
  • Refer to Solenis directions (images below) for proper dosage

Filter & Water Changes

  • Recommendation: Change the filter and water every 3–5 weeks, or sooner if the water starts to look cloudy.
  • Changing both at the same time is most convenient.
