ELIGIBILITY

The Cold Creek Tubs Vertical Tub (Tub Only With Step) Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, vendors, or immediate family members of Cold Creek Tubs are not eligible to enter or win. No purchase is necessary to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER AND LIMITS TO ENTRY SUBMISSIONS

Participants can submit an entry for the giveaway by completing the modal (pop-up) form found on the coldcreektubs.com website which requires the submission of a valid email address and a valid phone number that can receive SMS messages (message and data rates may apply). No Purchase necessary to enter. Only one entry per person.

GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD

Eligible entries must be submitted between 4/15/2026 and 5/31/2026. Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Entry Period will not be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One winner will be selected at random using an automated randomization tool on 6/1/2026. The winner will be contacted via the email associated with their entry. The selected individual will have 7 days to confirm and claim their prize. If no response is received within that time, a new winner will be selected using the same process.

PUBLICITY CONSENT

By participating in the giveaway, you agree that Cold Creek Tubs may use your first name, city, and state for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, our website, social media, and email. We may request a photo or testimonial for future promotions—participation in these materials is voluntary and not required to receive the prize.

Attempts to tamper with the giveaway process will result in disqualification and may lead to legal action. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cold Creek Tubs is not responsible for technical issues, delayed notifications, lost entries, errors or failure to receive notification of being selected as a winner. By participating, entrants agree to release Cold Creek Tubs from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will first be subject to mediation in the state of California. If mediation fails, the matter will be resolved through the courts located in California. By entering, you consent to California jurisdiction and waive any right to a jury trial.
