Vertical Tub - Ozone System

The ozone system will automatically run for approximately 1 hour each day. The time it runs is based on when the tub was last plugged in. For example, if you plug in your tub at 8:00 PM, the ozone system will run every day at approximately 8:00 PM for 1 hour. If you would like to change the ozone schedule, simply unplug the tub and plug it back in at your desired time.

Ozone Doesn't Appear to Be Working

If your ozone system does not appear to be working properly, follow the steps below.

1. Replug the Tub & Check for Ozone Bubbles

Unplug the tub from power, wait about 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

When the tub powers back on, within 15 minutes, look inside the tub and the pump and ozone system should automatically activate.

When the ozone system is operating, you may notice:

  • Small bubbles coming from the jet
  • A faint ozone or "clean air" smell near the water
  • Light water movement from the jet

2. Confirm Water Flow

The ozone system relies on proper water circulation to function.

Place your hand against the jet inside the tub. You should feel a light but steady flow of water. It will not feel as strong as a jacuzzi jet, but you should still notice water movement and light pressure.

If water flow feels weak or nonexistent:

  • Confirm the water valves are fully OPEN
  • Make sure the filter is clean and not clogged

3. Wait and Recheck

The ozone system only runs for about 1 hour after startup. Because of this, you may not always notice ozone bubbles or smell unless the system is actively running.

If you still do not notice ozone bubbles or smell after restarting the tub, please contact our support team for further assistance.
