Tub arrived on time. No big deal to me but white glove service wasn’t present. Delivery just dropped pallet in garage and left. Set-up was easy for one person and after a call about a fitting and a quick response I was up and plunging. Use it every morning, I’ve even been able to convince my wife and son to plunge their legs! Team at cold creek is super responsive to answer any question and the product has exceeded my expectations.

I own a biohacking performance and recovery center, we have been in business for several years and when looking to upgrade my cold plunge I found cold creek tubs and it’s been the best investment and upgrade to our facility for many reasons. Aesthetically the tub looks amazing, the operating system and maintenance makes it easier to keep cleaner longer and easy to clean out on a regular basis. Their customer support goes above and beyond and the turn around time from purchase to install was incredible. I recently received my cold plunge. I was anxious to set it up and use it. While setting it up, I experienced that the filter housing could not be connected. I contacted CC and was pleased that I was immediately able to chat with someone, who then FaceTimed me to see my issue. They determined that they had sent the wrong filter housing. They overnighted another one which was supposed to be the correct one, but it was the same incorrect one that they had shipped with the new plunge. Again, they responding promptly and over nighted the correct one, which has been properly installed. I am enjoying my cold plunge. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service. They also told me that they would send me some extra filters and a tee shirt, which I haven’t received. Overall I’m pleased.

I love your guys story and being family owned. Everyone raves about your customer service. Your availability was great (I had zero issues but still reached out a few times to make sure all was good). I love the design. I didn’t want a typical lay down style nor a tall barrel style, this is perfect in-between. Only complaint is the lid. The intention of it is great but doesn’t seal well. Has quite a bit of movement between the tub and lip of lid. I can see the water where the hand hold is at. I keep covered with towel but still get gnats in the water (I live in country). Overall I recommend and would buy again. Hopefully lid can be improved though! Thank you so much

Extremely happy with the customer service and product quality speaks for itself. I had questions prior to purchasing the tub and had an almost immediate response by the team. They were able to answer my questions and find me a solution much faster than other cold tub companies I’ve come across. From my initial questions to the delivery, customer service team was incredible. Install was super easy as well. 10/10 recommend
