Cold Creek Tubs — Prepare for Delivery Day
Please review the delivery instructions below so you know what to expect on delivery day. These details apply to both Horizontal and Vertical Cold Tubs.
Horizontal Cold Tub
Horizontal Cold Tubs are shipped via FedEx Freight, secured vertically on a pallet. Once your cold tub is in transit, you’ll receive an email from FedEx Freight to schedule your delivery window.

Vertical Cold Tub
Vertical Cold Tubs are shipped via FedEx Ground.
If you ordered the Vertical – Full Setup, your order will arrive in two boxes: One box containing the tub, one box containing the all-in-one chiller. (See the photo below for an example of the full setup delivery boxes.)
If you ordered the Vertical – Tub Only setup, your tub will arrive in one box.
Once your tub arrives, you can refer to our setup guide for step-by-step instructions on how to complete installation.
