How to Prepare for Delivery Day
We want your Cold Creek delivery to be smooth and stress-free. Review the steps below so you know what to expect.
📅 Prior to Delivery Day
FedEx will email you to schedule your delivery window. If you don’t receive an email, and tracking shows delivery the next day, please reach out to us (call, text, or email).
🚚 FedEx Delivery
Unfortunately, we can’t personally train every FedEx team nationwide, so it’s important to review the details below and be ready to help communicate these points on delivery day.
- Delivered by FedEx Freight Premium on a pallet vertically.
- Highly recommend being present to guide the FedEx team on where to place your tub.
- Two drivers should move your tub into position — let them handle it. This keeps FedEx fully liable.
- Once placed and signed off, you can complete setup using our setup videos.
💡 Tips for the FedEx Team
- Remove packaging/items inside the tub before moving to reduce weight.
- If using a dolly, place the included scrap foam pieces on the dolly to prevent scratches on the tub (see video).
⚠️ Before You Sign
- Carefully inspect the tub for any damage before FedEx leaves.
- If you see damage, refuse delivery (even if unpacked). This is required for FedEx claims.
