Horizontal Cold Tub – Delivery Instructions

BEFORE DELIVERY — Read This First

  • Be present for delivery
  • Tub arrives vertically on a pallet
  • Let FedEx Freight drivers handle and move the tub, but help guide them through the instructions below
  • Always keep the chiller upright at all times
  • Have these instructions open on delivery day

DELIVERY DAY — Unboxing & Moving 📦 

We do our best to protect your Cold Creek Tub during shipment. Because FedEx uses different drivers nationwide, we ask for your help in guiding the delivery process to ensure your tub arrives safely and without damage.

1. Remove the inside items before moving

Ask the FedEx team to remove the lid and all components packed inside the tub, including the chiller and filter, before moving it into place. This makes the tub significantly lighter and easier to handle. Always keep the chiller upright at all times.

2. Using a dolly? Use the included EVA foam

If FedEx uses a dolly to move your tub, ask them to place the extra EVA foam pieces included with your tub between the dolly and the tub. This helps protect the bottom of your tub from scratches or damage. Watch the dolly + EVA foam video →

    3. Inspect your tub BEFORE FedEx leaves

    Before signing off on the delivery, inspect your tub for any major damage. If you notice anything concerning, call us immediately at (909) 232-8920 before refusing the delivery. Our team will review the issue with you and advise you on the next steps.

    SETUP — 5–10 Minutes 

    Once your tub is in its final location and the FedEx team has left, you're ready for setup! Setup takes about 5–10 minutes and requires no tools.

    1. Choose placement & location
    2. Install chiller
    3. Install filter
    4. Confirm valves are open
    5. Partially fill & test
    6. Plug in
    7. Fully fill
    8. Set temperature

    WHAT ARE THESE EXTRA PARTS?

    • EVA scraps → use for delivery with dolly; discard after
    • Plastic bag → spare chiller gaskets + child-lock key
    • Ozone timer → already programmed; leave it alone unless you want to increase the time
