Vertical Tub - Chiller/Water Not Cooling

If your tub is not reaching your desired temperature, please check the following:

1. Confirm the Chiller Is Powered On

Make sure the tub is plugged in and the chiller display is powered on.

2. Check the Temperature Setting

Verify the chiller is set to your desired temperature.

• Press and hold SET for 5 seconds
• Use ▲ / ▼ to select your desired temperature
• Press SET again for 5 seconds to confirm

The display will normally show the current water temperature. To quickly view your set temperature, press SET once.

Please allow 12–24 hours for the tub to reach the target temperature, depending on the starting water temperature and ambient conditions.

3. Check if the Chiller Is Actively Running

The chiller may not have started its cooling cycle yet.

Place your hand behind the chiller near the fan -- If you feel warm air blowing out, the chiller is running and actively cooling the water.

4. Replace the Filter

A dirty or clogged filter can restrict water flow and reduce cooling performance. If your filter has not been replaced recently, install a new filter and monitor whether cooling improves.

5. Confirm Water Flow

Make sure water is flowing from the jet inside the tub.

If water is flowing, the pump is operating properly.If there is little or no water flow, check that both valves are fully open and replace the filter if needed.
