Cold Creek is the best! I've purchased the cover, tub, and filter packaging. Payton is the best customer support rep I've ever worked with. She called me within 5 minutes of my inquiry online and has been extremely responsive for the 2 months I've had the tub. I've used it every single morning, and it stays at 39 all day long. No problems, crystal clear water, and extremely cold. Cannot reccomend this company enough. Review says it all, I'll never use another cold tub!

I emailed Peyton at Cold Creek tubs because I was having some trouble draining my cold plunge. She responded immediately and gave me some suggestions. I continued with those suggestions and was able to drain my cold tub. Always appreciate their prompt professional assistance. I love my Cold and I am reassured that I can always get assistance when needed.🥰

After looking at many options out there I decided to go with Cold Creeks' Cedar Option. I knew that it would not be exposed to direct sun and thought that the black and wood look would look great next to my sauna and It exceeded my expectations in terms of apprearance.
Now that I set it all up and used it several times here are my thoughts so far. The all in one set up IMO is the way to go, it keeps the install tidy and everything stays clean and makes it a breeze to get it going, just a few easy steps and its ready to go and making cold water. Although its an all-in-one, all the components are separate and serviceable or replacable including the chiller itself so if something goes out you can simply replace that component and not the entire system.
The insulation is awesome probably top of its class for keeping that water cold improving efficiency.
The tub is perfect for me.. I'm 6'2" and has plenty of space to spare.
The price point is very competitive for what you get. Compared to another chiller and inflatable pod I had before, everything from the chiller to all the fitting and the filter were much more robust and of higher quality.
The filter is huge and the circulation pump is strong and really keeps the water moving and clean.
Customer support is 2nd to none and the set up vids and excellent.
I highly recommend this product! If you are getting a cold plunge put this system on your short list of options.
You wont regret it.
