- 5-Year Warranty — Full coverage on all components, excluding the chiller (normal wear and tear applies).
- 2-Year Chiller Warranty — The chiller is covered for 2 years under residential use. For commercial use, coverage lasts 1 year.
- Out-of-Warranty? We’ve Got You Covered — If your chiller fails outside of the warranty coverage, no stress — we've got your back. We offer replacement chillers at a discounted rate to keep you up and running without the hassle.

I had a few issues with my tub early on, but the Cold Creek team consistently provided incredible support. With my previous cold tub, I’d try to troubleshoot problems on my own—it didn’t seem like a big deal at the time. But being able to quickly hop on a FaceTime call with Cold Creek engineers and get immediate, hands-on help makes a huge difference.
They truly go above and beyond. Great team to work with, and the machine itself is outstanding. They are super kind as well!

I've had my cold plunge for about 3 months and I am really enjoying it and Cold Creek was great to work with. The order was shipped on day 2 and arrived less than a week after my order was placed. The tub and components are well constructed and it was simple to set up. I am 6'3" and 200 lbs. I was concerned that it may be too short because the one I was using at a gym facility previously was longer and more bathtub style. The depth of the Cold Creek tub more than makes for the shorter length. I actually like it better because it is easier to immerse myself up to my neck and the price is sure a lot better than many of the other tubs out there. Customer service was also great. I had a couple of questions and they got back to me quickly with thorough responses and follow up. I am very happy with my purchase!

I originally used a Rubbermaid trough for my ice baths freezing plastic bottles to make it cold. It was a lot of work to use it so we only averaged to ice baths every two weeks. I have been looking to upgrade to an ice baths every two with a chiller, filter and ozone. I saw a review on you tube about Cold Creek and I immediately wanted one. I live in Hawaii so I didn’t think they would deliver here, but was pleasantly surprised that they would. Customer service was great, delivery was easy, and I am so stoked on the tub!!! Use it every day and it is truly a game changer!!! Highly recommend this company and product!!!!

I've had the horizontal Cold Creek Tub for about 6 weeks now. I can honestly say that it surpasses all my expectations. Everything about it from the overall workmanship, the size and water quality is top notch. I haven't had to do anything with the water. I set it once, and that's it. The extra-large filter really makes a difference. The customer service and overall experience is not something you see very often. Payton was so helpful. You could tell that she wanted to make sure that everything was perfect.
