From delivery to setup to overall durability, I couldn’t ask for a better cold plunge. The delivery process was seamless. the drivers placed the tub and all components exactly where I wanted them. Setup was quick and straightforward, taking about 10 minutes with easy to follow instructions. Filling it up was just as fast, and I was almost ready to start plunging right away. The product design is solid, and the customer support has been great. I’m really excited to start using it regularly!

I just purchased my Vertical Cold Plunge from Cold Creek Tubs. Since I was within driving distance of their warehouse in Fontana, I called ahead and spoke with a friendly young lady named Payton. She invited me to come by and check it out in person.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a young man named Cayman. He took me back, showed me how they assemble the tubs, and let me get a good look at the unit before I decided to buy it.

I brought it home and set it up—it was pretty straightforward. I did have one small operator error: the shut-off valve on the intake line was in the off position and I missed it at first. I spent some time on the phone with Payton troubleshooting, and she was incredibly patient and helpful the whole way. Once I realized the issue and fixed it, everything went smoothly.

I just used it for the first time yesterday (I’ve only had it two days). I started with my infrared sauna, then went straight into the cold plunge, and I was very happy with it. I highly recommend Cold Creek Tubs and their excellent customer service!

I looked at dozens of cold plunge options over the past year before choosing my vertical tub. Cold Creek checks all the boxes for me. The tub is durable, functional and beautiful with a super compact footprint. The chiller is sized perfectly, has internal filtration and built in ozonator. The integrated step (included…not a $500 upgrade like others) pulls it all together. Features are important, but value is too. This complete package is priced at less than half the cost of others I was considering. But the kicker for me was/is the company and the service. Before the sale, Payton patiently and competently answered all my questions, which closed the deal for me. After the sale, I have had follow up questions which Payton has addressed quickly by text. I have also had a chance to see that they stand behind what they sell. There was an issue with my chiller and Payton had a new one shipped within the hour. Stuff happens, I get it. It’s how that stuff is handled that matters. They handled it perfectly. That’s why I feel even better about my decision after seeing their commitment to customer service. Family owned businesses are the backbone of commerce in this country and I am happy to support this one. I think they are going to give the mass produced cold tub giants a run for their money. Love our Cold Creek Vertical Cold Plunge! We wanted something with a smaller profile that also hid the chiller for aesthetic reasons. We love ours! Simple and easy to use. We love doing the hot cold therapy w the sauna but also been really loving it for an afternoon reset for a boost of energy!

Also, Cayman and Payton are amazing! Great customer service and always willing to help with questions or trouble shooting. We had an issue with our chiller initially but they took care of it right away and been working seamlessly. If you are on the fence, go for it! You can’t get better especially at this price point.
